We are excited. We will be gathering, testing, reviewing, and publishing recipes from strangers whose names we don’t even know. Talking to strangers is adventurous, and so is trying a new recipe. Plus, the Internet is a strange and scary place. So you can see why trying a new recipe which was given to you by a complete stranger (over the Internet, no less!) is one of the most mind-blowingly exhilarating things you can do.
